When I find the perfect candidate what does your interviewing process look like?

Our interview process is broken down into 2 stages; 

  1. Initial 30/45mins video call – we’ll go through a range of SEO based questions & your previous experience.
  2. Paid trial day – After the video call, if everything goes well you’ll come down to our office in Shoreditch for a paid trial day & lunch with the team! It will give you the opportunity to see our processes, how we work, our clients etc! It’s a mutual vibe check!

Primary Purpose of the Position

Our SEO specialists are the guns that drive the core of the team and execute the campaigns within the team. Your experience allows you to take responsibility for SME campaigns, strategy, execution, technical on-site issues and working within the team and the organisation. Reporting to the MD, you play an integral part in improving and maximising our client’s performance.

Campaign Management 

Manage and maximise outcomes for the SEO campaigns within StudioHawk 

Work on Select key A+ to C accounts to maximise performance and revenue

SEO Strategy 

Build new workflows and strategies to increase revenue for the client campaigns

Identify opportunities to increase SEO productivity and efficiency Manage onsite changes by utilising your understanding of website construction, on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify and Webflow.

Client Services 

Implement the set up of our SEO campaigns through 

Understanding the goals and requirements of the Client 

Having a solid understanding of SEO processes and knowledge 

Increase client value referrals through referrals and increases

Project Work 


Under the direction of the MD and Senior SEO Specialists, manage assigned projects, delivering outcomes within required timelines. 


Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior SEOs 

Demonstrate leadership in the way your work is carried out on a day to day basis.

Strategic Growth 

Consulting hours for the entire SEO team to work through:  Roadmaps 


Optimisation of campaign/budget resources

Qualifications and Licences 

  • Completion of Hawk Academy 
  • Completion of service in a Junior SEO role or SEO specialist role (or equivalent)
